Is Spotless Lady insured and bonded?
Yes. We are insured and bonded.
What happens if the maid breaks something in my space?
The housekeeper leaves the item in clear view with a note. We will contact you to complete a damage report and resolve the situation.
How does the housekeeper access my space?
Many of our clients provide us with an extra key, some leave it with the concierge, and others prefer to be present during the cleaning service. This decision is completely up to you.
What cleaning supplies should I have available?
We provide most of the cleaning supplies, but we do ask that you have the following available:
1. Paper Towels
2. Mop
3. Broom
4. Trash Bags
5. Bucket
6. Brush
7. Sponge
8. Dishwashing Soap or Detergent
9. Vacuum
Will I always get the same housekeeper?
We will do our best to maintain the same housekeeper. However, if your housekeeper is unavailable we will provide another professional to surpass your expectations.
Should I tip the housekeeper?
Tipping is greatly appreciated.
Does the housekeeper provide laundry services at an extra charge?
We are happy to do laundry for you at no additional cost, as long as the facilities are located inside your building. The housekeeper can only do laundry for the time it takes to clean your space. We ask that clients provide their own detergent and money for the machines. Please be sure to inform the cleaning consultants of any special garment-care instructions. 24 hours in advance.
What happens if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
Some of our housekeepers work on holidays. We will contact you before hand to let you know.
How do I provide feedback on my cleanings?
You can email or call us with any feedback.
Do I have to make special arrangements for my pets?
We love pets too, but if you think your pet may become uneasy while we clean, please make temporary arrangements if you are not home. Here are some ideas; you may leave your pet in a closed off room, a dog hotel or ask a favor from one of your friends.
